Wiener Prater and the Giant Ferries Wheel

No other place in Vienna pours on the charm like Wiener Prater does - it is truly a melting pot of adventure, nostalgia and Viennese charm. The amusement park hosts one of Vienna's most famous landmarks - the Giant Ferries Wheel. Wiener Prater is in season only from May until October, the Giant Ferries Wheel and a handful of other attractions are open all year round.

Morning

The morning will be spent in the old town of Vienna. Enjoy an old town walking tour passing by magnificent imperial buildings and attractions such as the Imperial Palace, the Burggarten, traditional Viennese coffeehouses, etc. In the course of your walking tour, you visit Vienna's most famous landmark - Stephan's Cathedral.
Lunch on your own.

Afternoon

In the afternoon, visit to the Imperial appartments at the Imperial Palace. Then you enjoy a coffeebreak at one of Vienna's traditional coffee houses.

Evening

Dinner with following classical concert at the Orangery at Schönbrunn Palace.

St. Stephan's Cathedral

St. Stephan's Cathedral, Vienna's landmark and Austria's most significant Gothic building, accommodates a number of valuable art treasures. The view from the "Steffls" tower, overlooking the roofs of Vienna, is just incredible.

Imperial Palace / Imperial Apartments

The Imperial Palace or Hofburg is the former centre of the vast Habsburg empire. Originally, the Imperial Palace was a fortress, which the Habsburgs transformed into a splendid residence and henceforth lived there tilll 1918. Today, visitors have access to these grandiose apartments.

Schönbrunn Palace Dinner and Concert

At the Orangery Schönbrunn, a place rich in tradition, the Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra and the Schönbrunn Chamber Ensemble perform the most beautiful tunes of the classic composers Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Strauss. The orchestra is accompanied by two opera singers, a soprano and a baritone, and two ballet dancers dressed in authentic costumes.
Right before this concert, enjoy a delicious dinner in this impressive location.

Vienna-(Schlosshof)-Eisenstadt

Morning

After breakfast transfer to Rust in the Northern area of the province Burgenland. On your way to Rust you stop in Schlosshof for a visit to Hof Palace.
Lunch at local restaurant en route to Rust.

Afternoon

In the afternoon onward journey towards Eisenstadt. En route you visit a traditional winegrowing business.

Evening

Dinner at a traditional winetavern.
Overnight stay in or around Eisenstadt.

Schloss Hof

The Imperial Palace Schloss Hof is only a short hour’s drive from Vienna and you will find a fascinating Baroque adventure world, with stunning buildings, romantic parks and gardens with a great diversity of plants and flowers. Do not miss to walk around in the nature and feel the imperial atmosphere before going back to imperial Vienna.

Eisenstadt

Morning

After breakfast, enjoy a walking tour through Eisenstadt. In the course of your walking tour you visit the church Berkirche with the Haydnmausoleum as well as Joseph Hayden's former residence. 
Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon

In the afternoon, visit to Esterhazy Palace. Afterwards enjoy some time on your own.

We recommend having coffee along with a delicious piece of Esterhazy cake at one of the coffeehouses in Eisenstadt.

Evening

Farewell dinner at a traditional winetavern or at your hotel.
Overnight stay in or around Eisenstadt.
