Tasty Vienna - discovering the culinary delights of the capital
Discovering Vienna's culinary delights? There's no way on passing by the Naschmarkt. With more than 120 colorful stalls and restaurants, the Naschmarkt offers both national and international delicacies and invites you to a sweet, salty and sour tasting session. After a tasty stroll through the Naschmarkt your culinary journey continues to the city centre, where you will discover Vienna's most popular gourmet temple, the department store "Meinl am Graben". Finally, your guide will recommend a traditional restaurant, where you can try typical Viennese delicacies.

The former summer residence of the Habsburg family ranks among the most impressive Baroque buildings worldwide. In 1966, Schönbrunn Palace and gardens were certified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The outstanding architecture, the magnificent staterooms and the palace gardens are definitely worth a visit.

Applestrudelshow at Café Residenz
See, how the original Viennese apple strudel is produced - from cutting the apples until pulling out the strudel dough. At the end of the show, you can - for sure - also taste this delicious Strudel. And of course, you will be given the original Viennese apple strudel recipe for your baking attempts at home.

After breakfast you visit the Imperial Silver and Tableware Collection at the Imperial Palace where you will admire the prescious Viennese Court Silver along with other china-, gold-, and silver-tableware.
Lunch on your own in the city centre.
For those who seek a typical Viennese lunch break - visit one of the various "Wurst-Stands" and enjoy a hearty Bratwurst or Cheese Kransky with mustard and a freshly baked roll.

Before dinner enjoy an exclusive tour of the wine celler including tastings at one of Vienna's most beautiful Palais.

During this city walk, you will learn everything about coffee: How did coffee get to Vienna? How did people drink coffee in earlier times, and how do they drink coffee today? What do most Viennese people like to eat along with a cup of coffee? Which personalities were guests in which traditional Viennese coffee house? Your guide will have an answer to all of these questions. Your tour will be perfected by a classic Viennese coffee break in one of Vienna's traditional coffee houses.

Strauss and Mozart Concerts at Kursalon
Located in the heart of Vienna - where the Ringstraße leans against the green of the Vienna Stadtpark - this beautiful building constructed in Italian Renaissance style, is a charming and popular concert venue. The Salonorchestra "Alt Wien", one of the best-known interpreters of classical Viennese music, presents an evening full of Viennese charm with the lilting sound of waltzes, polkas, arias and duets, as well as operetta and piano concerto melodies. After breakfast transfer to Graz with stop in the Imperialcity of Baden.
Upon arrival in Baden you enjoy a walking tour through the picturesque town before continuing your journey to Graz.

Start your afternoon with a walking tour through the inner city of Graz. During your walking tour you discover the most significant attractions such as the Herrengasse, Graz Opera House, the beautiful main square with the Town Hall, the Island on the Mur, the Kunsthaus, etc.

After breakfast you can proverbially immerse into the world of chocolate.
Transfer to Riegersburg and visit to the Zotter chocolate factory.
Lunch at local traditional restaurant.
In the afternoon you visit the family-run factory Gölles, specialised in the production of vinegars and decent liquors.
Then transfer back to Graz.
Dinner at local restaurant or at your hotel.

Gölles Schnapps Distillery and Vinegar Production
In the Gölles Schnapps Distillery & Vinegar Production the focus is on the senses. On a five stage tour, visitors can experience an orchard cinema, visit the largest cellar of vinegar barrels in Austria, visit the tunnel of senses, visit the distillery and have a look into the schnapps cellar and taste some Schnapps and fine liqueur in the Schnapps Bar.

Graz: Excursion to the South Styrian Wine Region
After breakfast you go towards Riegersburg and visit the Vulcano ham factory.
Then, onward journey to Gamlitz which is located even more South.

In the afternoon you visit one or the other winegrower and try some glasses of wine.
Farewell dinner at a selected restaurant.
