Vienna City Tour: Austria's Capital in a Nutshell
A panoramic city tour provides you with an overview of Vienna. You will admire magnificent imperial buildings and attractions such as the State Opera, the Art and Natural History Museum, the Imperial Palace, the Parliament, the Old Town Hall, etc. Then transfer to the old town, where you enjoy a walking tour. Stroll through the quaint alleys, pass by St. Stephan's Cathedral and walk across the Michaelersquare or Heroes' square and watch the majestic fiacre carriages.

In the morning, arrival at the beautiful, picturesque village of Dürnstein in the Wachau valley. Beginning from your Dürnstein-docked ship, take a walking tour through the quiet village of Dürnstein including visit to the famous Dürnstein Abbey.
Before walking back to your ship, enjoy some time at leisure to stop at some of the town's shops or its cafés.
Departure of your ship towards Melk.
In the afternoon, transfer from the Pier to the centre of Melk, where you visit the magnificent Benedicitne Abbey.

The impressive blue tower of the abbey church of Dürnstein undoubtedly counts to the most popular sights of the Wachau valley. The Benedictine Abbey Melk was founded in 1089 by Margrave Leopold II and therfore forms a very important intellectual and spiritual centre.
